We
are available for consultation in the Rogue Valley and
surrounding areas at least twice a month. Once we know that you want an
appointment, we will schedule a visit during our next trip
South.
We
offer our clients two hours of free consultation in their
home of office. Usually we can schedule the initial
appointment within a week. At the first meeting we like to
begin with fabrics if the project involves reupholstery.
Mitchell and Kate both have extensive design experience and
can usually get a good start on fabric by asking simple
questions by phone about your interests and colors. To

Of course, we also work with digital images
if you, our client, is comfortable with a digital camera and
sending images over the internet to our email address:

NOT SEND IMAGES WITHOUT CONTACTING US FIRST; we do not open
emails with images embedded unless we know the sender.
After
our assessment, we offer an estimate of services. If
fabric must be chosen we will substitute a medium priced
fabric after we speak to you for estimation purposes.

Once fabric is chosen or our client has
decided to utilize our services, a partial payment is needed
to secure your place on our calendar and to procure
materials, and a tentative time of treatment is scheduled.
If you have extenuating circumstances whereby you need
something done by a certain date., please tell us ahead of
time and we will be happy to try to accommodate you.
